Conar’s journey in the property industry began at just 18, when he started as a trainee estate agent. By 19, he had already made a name for himself as Scotland’s youngest property valuer. With a decade of experience, Conar has brokered nearly 2,000 property deals across the UK, supported by his qualifications in property and building surveying.

Throughout his career, Conar has managed operations for top estate agents and property auctions, earning a stellar reputation for his expertise and reliability. He has a remarkable talent for spotting unique investment opportunities and securing unconventional deals that others might overlook.

Joining REAL Property Scotland, Conar initially took on the role of Business Development Manager, but his impact was so significant that he quickly ascended to Co-Owner and Commercial Director. He has sourced 75% of the company’s 350-unit portfolio, valued at £25 million, including major acquisitions of 40, 82, and 100 units.

His leadership has also driven successful development projects, such as the £7,000 per month HMO conversion at 60B La Porte Precinct, the transformation of South Bellsdyke House, and the ambitious Black Loch Resort, where plans are underway to create a restaurant and wedding venue. Conar also played a crucial role in the Temperance House project, converting a former office space into six high-end apartments.
